The hotel staff were incredibly attentive, ensuring every request was met. The concierge even arranged a delightful dinner for us, making our stay feel special and personalized.

While the overall stay was enjoyable, the bathroom needed updates as the grout showed wear and the layout was less than practical. An extra towel would have been appreciated.

Comfortable stay with beautiful park views

The room was spacious and featured a lovely view of the nearby Parc de la Tête d'Or, which was a perfect backdrop for relaxing after a long day. I appreciated the extensive breakfast buffet that included freshly made dishes like omelets and a selection of pastries. Although I enjoyed my stay, the lack of functional electrical outlets in the room made it a bit inconvenient for charging devices.

The King or Twin Room was spacious and modern with a beautiful bathroom. The firm mattress was super comfy, and the linens were nice quality. I loved the large bathroom with a full-size bathtub, but there was only one sink, which felt a bit inconvenient. The ventilation and temperature control left something to be desired. I noticed the mirror was still foggy after a shower. Plus, only a few electrical outlets made charging devices tricky. it had a cozy vibe, but it’s missing some practical touches.

Had a blast with friends during our stay. The staff were friendly, and the location is great for exploring. We enjoyed some skiing nearby and also spent time golfing. Don’t miss the buffet breakfast at the hotel. it’s more than ample. it’s a great spot if you’re looking to enjoy your time.

Our family of 20 had a blast enjoying varied food options nearby while being so close to great park activities including the incredible Parc de la Tête d'Or. The breakfast buffet was a hit with everyone, especially with a delicious mix of dishes available.
